CLASSIC Dumpling Beef
Description
Ingridients:
Beef, flour, egg, onion, water, salt, black pepper.

1. Fill the pan with 1-1.5 liters of water and put it on a big fire. 2. After boiling water, add salt (an average of half a teaspoon of salt per 1 liter of water) and seasoning as desired. 3. Put frozen dumplings in boiling water and gently stir it so that the dumplings do not stick together and do not stick to the walls and the bottom of the pan. 4. After re-boiling the water, reduce the fire so that the water does not boil too much and boil the dumplings for 7-10 minutes, and every 2-3 minutes do not forget to stir them with a spoon. 5. At the end of cooking, we check the dumplings for readiness and immediately lay them on plates (if left in the water, they will swell up and begin to disintegrate). Optionally, add ready-made dumplings with butter, ketchup (mayonnaise, sour cream)
